Organisational Structure

Council, at its meeting of 13 May 2014, adopted an adaptive Organisational Framework.

The Organisational Framework was developed to both:

  • accommodate Council’s current circumstances, whilst allowing opportunity to create capacity as demand on Council’s functions and services increases with the growth of our community; and
  • develop effective leadership and staff culture in order to develop a sustainable, high performance workplace.
