Youth Public Art Participation Project - Seeking Interest from Young People to be involved!

Published on 2 March 2017, by Camden Council

Camden Council is seeking input from young people to gather ideas for public artwork to be displayed within Harrington Park and Currans Hill.

The proposed surfaces for public art are existing buildings - Harrington Park Basketball Court (located at Harrington Park Community Centre) and Currans Hill Community Centre.

The project proposal is to develop artwork that includes local young people’s ideas to be incorporated into the existing design of both spaces.

If you are a high school student in years 7 - 12, live in the Camden Local Government Area and have positive ideas that you would like to submit for consideration when developing this art concept; please submit these to youth@camden.nsw.gov.au by 20 March 2017. Please click on the PDF attachment for further information and a form to complete if you wish to be involved.

If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact myself on 4645 5021.
