On 7 March 2024, Camden Council continued its proud tradition of supporting and celebrating local women at the fourth annual International Women's Day Gala. Held at Gledswood Homestead & Winery, guests enjoyed an inspiring presentation from keynote speaker and Olympic champion, Dr Jana Pittman.
The Greater Narellan Chamber of Commerce - April Meeting
On Wednesday 12 April 2024, Camden Council in partnership with the Greater Narellan Business Chamber hosted the April Dinner Meeting at the Council Chambers in Oran Park. Guests were invited on a behind-the-scenes tour of Council, ahead of the evening's meeting and presentation.

Camden Careers Expo
On Tuesday 14 May 2024, the third annual Camden Careers Expo was proudly hosted by Camden Council, in partnership with Training Services NSW and as part of National Careers Week 2024.
The expo welcomed job seekers, including school students or anyone wanting a career change, to connect with various industries offering tangible career pathways, study and training opportunities.
On 8 March 2023 Camden Council continued to support and celebrate local women at our third annual International Women's Day Gala, featuring keynote speaker, Naomi Simson, founder of RedBalloon, co-founder Big Red Group, and as seen on Shark Tank Australia.

Businesses in the Camden LGA were involved in showcasing #camdenbought campaign over the festive period. Council worked with small businesses to produce videos to include in a virtual advent calendar.

Camden Council hosted its first International Women's Day Gala which successfully the women in our local community. A panel of speakers spoke about their experiences, trials and successes.

Business Planning Workshop
A Business Planning Workshop was delivered as part of Small Business Month 2020 to assist local businesses with planning for the next phases of their business.
Stage Three, or the recovery phase, has an incredible $113.8 million worth of value packed into it, which is the most significant package offered to a community by a local council in the country.
This robust stage includes 65 projects and programs to be delivered across the next four years. It is focused on getting the Camden business community back on its feet, with a range of exciting projects and programs.
