2012/13 Amended Delivery Program and Operational Plan
Council adopted its Integrated Planning and Reporting Package in June 2011 following a process of community input to ensure Council priorities are aligned to achieving community aspirations.
Council is now exhibiting an amended Delivery Program and Operational Plan for 2012/13 which provides a further opportunity for you to have your say on the activities that Council undertakes in order to deliver quality services for the people and place of the Camden area.
The exhibition and public input period will run from Friday 11 May and conclude Friday 8 June 2012 (inclusive).

Exhibition of Spring Farm South and West Village Planning Proposal and Associated Amendments to the Master Plan within Camden's Development Control Plan 2011
Council gives notice of its decision, at its meeting on the 13 December 2011, to publicly exhibit a Planning Proposal and proposed amendments to the Spring Farm South and West Village Master Plan within Camden's Development Control Plan 2011 following a Gateway Determination from the Department of Planning and Infrastructure.
The Planning Proposal seeks to rezone:
- 7791 sqm of R1 General Residential Land to E2 Environmental Conservation Land; and
- 4.657 ha of E2 Environmental Conservation Land to R1 General Residential Land.
A supporting DCP amendment accompanies the above Planning Proposal which generally alters the road network and Spring Farm Sporting Fields to complement the rezoning.

Exhibition of the Draft Camden Section 94 Contributions Plan 2012 (Leppington North Precinct)
On 27 March 2012, Council resolved to exhibit the Draft Camden Section 94 Contributions Plan 2012 (Leppington North Precinct). The Draft Plan is on public exhibition from 4 April 2012 until 9 May 2012.
The Draft Plan applies generally to all of the land situated within the Leppington North Precinct (South West Growth Centre) that is within the Camden Council local government area boundary.
The Precinct is planned to be the focus of district and regional services and facilities through the South West Rail Link (currently under construction) and the Leppington Major Centre. A range of public facilities and public amenities have been identified as being required to address the impacts of the expected development.
The Draft Plan addresses the provision in the Precinct of those public amenities and public services - or local infrastructure to be delivered by or on behalf of Council.

Notice of Public Exhibition - Macarthur Zone Bush Fire Risk Management Plan
The Macarthur Zone Bush Fire Risk Management Plan has recently undergone a review and is now on public exhibition for 42 days. The plan can be viewed at the Civic Centre and Camden Libraries.
