Council Policies

A Policy is a document which outlines Council's position on a particular issue or subject. It is the 'what' and 'why' of Council' decision making and the guilding principle used to set direction in an organisation.

In line with Council's Management Plan, the Camden Council's Policy Register is organised by our five areas of focus, or principal activities.

A list of Council's current policies can be found below, with, where possible, a link to the policy attached. Should you require a copy of a policy which is not linked, please contact Council's Administration section on (02) 4645 5126. Photocopying fees for the documents vary in price according to the size of the document.
