Camden Culture Club

With the support of NSW Government’s The Festival of Place – Summer Fund Program and Camden Council, Alan Baker Art Gallery opened from 6 to 9pm for four events on Friday nights held between 18 March and 8 April 2022, where Camden’s Cultural Precinct was alive with live public art, makers’ markets, musical performances, and culinary temptations.

Developed in collaboration with Alan Baker Art Gallery and Camden Museum, a curated display of story-telling projections that showcase Camden’s ancestry, diverse culture, people and places reflected through the windows of the late 19th-century heritage townhouse, Macaria.

In celebration of Multicultural March, and with the support of the Cohesive Communities Advisory Group, multicultural themes were explored each Friday through art demonstrations, traditional cultural performances, and a selection of international cuisines.
