Corporate Strategy Framework

This Framework provides transparency on Council’s Strategy documents to effectively deliver community vision and Council’s goals.

The Framework will be updated as new plans and strategies are adopted.

Lead Strategies

Lead Strategies act as an umbrella, a high-level Strategy. These Strategies are developed utilising an evidence-based approach including key trends, potential issues and opportunities.

Supporting Strategies and Plans

Supporting Strategies and Plans are secondary documents that align with the Lead Strategies and provide in-depth information on a specific subject matter.
