Section 7.11 and 7.12 Contributions Customer Enquiry Request

Section 7.11 and Section 7.12 Development Contributions Plans enable Council to levy contributions from developers towards the provision or improvement of amenities or services in an area to meet the increased demand created by new development and includes the provision of essential infrastructure like roads, drainage, open space and recreation facilities and land for community facilities

To assist Council in processing contributions enquiries more efficiently, complete the Section 7.11 and 7.12 Contributions Customer Enquiry Request if you have an enquiry regarding the following:

Contribution estimate or update of an existing estimate
Indexation of a Contribution issued on a Development Consent; or
General Enquiry regarding the Assessment, Collection, Spending and/or the Administering of Section 7.11 and 7.12 Contributions.
