Cut Hill Reserve Sports Field Redevelopment

The $14 million Cut Hill Reserve Sports Field Redevelopment project is proudly funded by the NSW Government’s Western Sydney Infrastructure Grants Program.

About the project

Cut Hill Reserve is an existing area of public open space in Cobbitty. It is 18.5ha in size and currently supports two cricket fields, an archery range and a scout hall. It is located in an area surrounded by rural landscape and supports a natural wetland, water body and riparian zone. 

The project will greatly improve its value to the community by programming a variety of active and passive uses that better cater to a growing and diverse community. 

Timeframe

The Cut Hill Reserve Sports Field Redevelopment project is expected to commence with community consultation in 2024.

The project is expected to be completed by mid to late 2027.
