Get ready to rock ‘n’ roll, Camden – Live 'n' Local is back!

Our local businesses will be opening their doors to celebrate the amazing musicians and artists that call Camden home, from Saturday 18 to Sunday 26 June.

This year, Live ‘n’ Local will include busking and performances on the streets, musicians performing in local cafes and restaurants and local creatives offering works for sale within local businesses.

There will be more than 20 talented locals involved, including:

• Singer and songwriter, Grace Amos;
• Camden based trio, Zucchini Soup; and 
• Duo Sarah & Nick, who play acoustic renditions of pop songs as well as original compositions.

Mayor of Camden, Cr Therese Fedeli, said she was in awe of the talent line-up as part of Live ‘n’ Local.

“Time and time again, I’m so thrilled to see just how amazing our residents are and am so happy they choose to share their talents with us,” Cr Fedeli said.

“To the incredible artists performing throughout the week – I know how difficult and daunting it can be to put yourselves out there. I’d like to say how excited I am to see what you have to offer!

“To those of us, including myself, who will be enjoying Camden’s creatives, I encourage you to really take the time to appreciate the talent and culture we have in our very own backyard.”
