Expression of Interest: International Women's Day Gala 2025 Gifts

International Women's Day (IWD) is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Camden Council's International Women's Day Gala will be held on 6 March, 2025.

Council is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from businesses in the Camden LGA to submit their products to be purchased or provided as value in-kind sponsorship* for inclusion in the bags distributed to attendees at the Gala event. Enhance your brand’s visibility by offering a portion of your product price as sponsorship! In return, your business will gain valuable sponsorship benefits that will boost exposure and connect you with our engaged audience.

Successful suppliers must be able to provide up to 400 units of their product (non-perishable items), at a maximum $25 per unit. To submit your EOI, complete the form below by Sunday 15 December 5pm.

Attendee gift bags for the items
Scented candles
Journal
Keychain
Self-care kits
Jewlery

*In-kind sponsorship is a type of sponsorship where a business agrees to sponsor an event or initiative by providing goods and/or services (value-in-kind) instead of cash as part of a sponsorship agreement. Acceptance of in-kind sponsorships is at the discretion of Council, with consideration for the needs of the event.
