Justice of the Peace
Our friendly staff at Camden Council can assist you with any Justice of the Peace service, between 9am-noon and 2-4pm, Monday to Friday.
Time permitting, Council has a number of qualified staff who volunteer Justice of Peace services to assist the community. Whilst this is not a Council function, many of our qualified staff are happy to witness statutory declarations and the Certification of True Copies throughout their busy workdays.
Please ensure you ring to check availability to avoid disappointment. Please note we do have a limit of 10 pages.
Justice of Peace services are available at the following locations:
Camden Council Administration Building, between 9am-noon and 2-4pm, Monday to Friday:
- 70 Central Avenue, Oran Park
Camden Visitor Information Centre, between 9.30am-noon and 2-4pm, Monday to Friday:
- 46 Camden Valley Way, Elderslie
The volunteer service of the Justice of the Peace can also be found at:

- Campbelltown Mall (outside Coles)
