It’s time to dust off those skates and winter woollies, as Winterfest Camden makes a return after three long years.

The much-loved event debuted in 2019 and will now make its much-awaited comeback from Friday 8 July to Sunday 10 July, in the new location of Onslow Oval in Camden.

Onslow Oval will be transformed into a winter wonderland from 10am until 9pm over the three days, offering fun-packed winter themed activities and entertainment for the entire family.

The exciting line up on includes:

  • Ice skating rink and a giant ice slide;
  • Figure skating performances;
  • Ferris Wheel rides;
  • Roving entertainment;
  • Two inclusive skating sessions each day to accommodate for people with disability and sensory needs;
  • Live music;
  • Winter-themed activities; and
  • Food and beverage stalls.

Mayor of Camden, Cr Theresa Fedeli, said it was so exciting to finally be able to see the winter event back in action.

“Although there were a range of online activities for Winterfest over the past couple of years, it will be wonderful to see residents and visitors out and about, enjoying a wintery wonderland in the heart of Camden,” Cr Fedeli said.

“With Onslow Oval being home to the event this year, I can’t wait to see the large array of activities bought to life.

“Ticket sales are now live, so get in fast and secure your spot!”
