Donate to help others this Christmas

Bring your generosity to the fore and make a family’s wish come true by donating to the Mayor of Camden’s Christmas Giving Appeal this year.
Council has partnered with Macarthur Salvos Christmas Appeal and is asking residents to dig deep and buy toys, non-perishable grocery items or donate money to help those in need this Christmas.
Mayor of Camden, Cr Therese Fedeli, said Christmas is about spreading love and joy and helping those in need at the most important time of the year
“The Camden community is one of the best in supporting each other and I call on residents to do what they can to help this year’s Christmas Giving Appeal,” Cr Fedeli said.
“We will have Christmas trees located at Camden, Narellan and Oran Park Libraries, as well as Camden Civic Centre, where you can drop off non-perishable grocery items and new toys for children aged up to 17 that are unwrapped.
“Online donations will also help Macarthur Salvos support and provide clothing and goods with the hope of putting a smile on their faces this Christmas.”
The Mayor’s Christmas Giving Appeal is now open, with items to be accepted until Friday 16 December.
