It’s as simple as spelling Camden

Calling Camden Council is now simpler and easier than ever, with Council’s new phone number – 13 CAMDEN (13 226 336).
Council has changed its main line phone number to improve serviceability by making it more memorable for residents, visitors and anyone else who would like to get in touch by phone.
Council’s existing number – 4654 7777 – will divert to 13 CAMDEN over the next 12 months. It will be disconnected on 1 August 2024.
Mayor of Camden, Cr Ashleigh Cagney, said she hoped the number change would help make it easier for people to reach out to Council whenever they needed.
“We can get up to 600 calls a day to our Customer Service Centre, and so we know that getting in touch by phone is a really important method of connection between Council and residents when they want to speak with someone,” she said.
“Hopefully this change makes it just that little bit easier to get in touch with us by phone.”
To further improve serviceability, six Camden Council facilities will also receive a new, and easier to remember, phone number:
- Civic Centre 4653 3333
- Alan Baker Art Gallery 4653 3111
- Family Day Care 4653 3000
- Camden Library 4653 3100
- Narellan Library 4653 3101
- Oran Park Library 4653 3102
