Residents can now secure more facilities with ease after Council rolled out the second phase of its online booking system.

The new online system now allows residents to book a study space in one of Council’s three libraries, as well as secure a portable water station for an event.

Mayor of Camden, Cr Therese Fedeli, said the system gave the community more flexibility in using Council’s facilities.

“Council is continually investigating options to make things easier for its residents and the updated system will make a big difference to many of our growing community,” Cr Fedeli said.

“Residents can now book a study room or other bookable space in Camden, Oran Park and Narellan Libraries for individual or group study purposes with their friends and colleagues.

“Our free portable water stations play a big part in not only providing a healthy hydration option, but also protecting our waterways by combating single use plastics.

“Stay tuned for even more additions to our online booking system in months to come.”

Council’s online booking system was first released in May this year, allowing residents to book their sportsground and facility hire.
