Relax and rejuvenate yourself in style, with Mount Annan Leisure Centre opening their upgraded spa and sauna next week.
The restoration of the spa and sauna facilities included:
- Replacement of air jets of the spa;
- Spa plumbing & electrical upgrade;
- Spa retiling;
- New bench seating, walls and ceiling in steam room; and
- Repainting of the Sauna
Mayor of Camden, Cr Therese Fedeli, said the upgrade added to the fantastic facility open to Camden residents.
“Mount Annan Leisure Centre is the perfect community aquatic and recreation centre and I know many residents are eager to get back to enjoying the space,” Cr Fedeli said.
“The upgrades to the spa and sauna offer our residents even more opportunities to look after themselves. They provide users a great level of relaxation and is also quite therapeutic to the body, so we are very lucky to have a facility like this in our local area.
“Let’s also not forget that Mount Annan Leisure Centre has two indoor swimming pools, a gym, indoor sports hall, and much more.
“It is worth remembering that Council is keeping on top all NSW Health Guidelines and the Public Health Orders.
The restoration of Mount Annan Leisure Centre’s spa and sauna facilities was funded as part of Council’s $130.6 million Community Support Package.
Mount Annan Leisure Centre is located on Welling Drive in Mount Annan.
