2025 International Women's Day Gala
The fifth annual International Women’s Day Gala was an unforgettable evening of celebration and empowerment!
On Thursday, March 6, 2025, we gathered at the stunning Gledswood Homestead & Winery to honour the achievements of local women making a difference in our community. With an inspiring keynote from the incredible Edwina Bartholomew, meaningful conversations, and a room filled with support and camaraderie, the night was truly one to remember.
Turning Point Camden was the charity partner for the event and received ticket proceeds to help with their volunteer work in supporting women and girls in the local community.
Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating, connecting, and uplifting one another. Here’s to continuing the journey of empowerment every day!
International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. Celebrated annually on 8 March, the day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender equality. Significant activity is witnessed worldwide as groups come together to celebrate women's achievements or rally for women's equality. The broad objectives of International Women's Day are to: celebrate women's achievements; raise awareness about women's equality; lobby for accelerated gender parity; and fundraise for female-focussed charities.
