This project will provide upgrades of Elyard Reserve, Narellan Library surrounds and Elyard Street through planting, lighting, embellishment of watercourse and riparian planting, playground upgrades, seating, footpath and cycleway connections.

The project will also activate the open space network within the Narellan Town Centre with public art at Nott Oval sports field and Narellan Scout Hall.
